A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments.
Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Once your deposit is received, a confirmation email will be sent.
Deposits may be paid via Venmo, Chime, or Apple Pay.
The remaining balance may be paid in Cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, or Chime.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your appointment.
Deposits will transfer to your new appointment only if the appointment is rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Same-day cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
No-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
A 10-minute grace period is provided.
Clients arriving 15 minutes late will be charged a $10 late fee.
Appointments more than 20 minutes late may be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.
Please arrive with your hair clean, completely dry, and free of products, unless your selected service states otherwise.
No extra guests or children are permitted during your appointment unless prior approval has been given.
Hair bundles and wigs can be purchased directly during the booking process and will be prepared for your appointment.
Clients are encouraged to upload inspiration photos when booking to ensure we understand your desired look.
Need an appointment outside of regular availability? A limited number of squeeze-in appointments may be available for an additional $75 fee.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.
While refunds are not offered on completed services, reasonable adjustments will be made when appropriate.
